Clean + Safe comes from humble beginnings and really epitomizes the hard working small business. In 2003 Clean + Safe was created with little more than a mop bucket, a wet-dry vacuum cleaner, a floor buffer, and a whole lot of determination by an unemployed cleaning supplies salesman and a nursing home maintenance director.
Their first break came when they landed a cleaning assignment for a convenience store. Impressed with their ability to provide great service the owner extended the contract to all 30 of his locations. A contract that Clean+Safe continues to serve.
Clean + Safe continues to grow from the original two man operation to now employing over 50 individuals and a small fleet of vehicles. In 2009 Clean+Safe is excited to expand its services to carpet deep cleaning with a new state of the art mobile cleaning van.
So why are the janitors happy? It goes back to 2003 when John and Greg were cleaning a closet near a laundry mat that was full of dust bunnies. The instant the vacuum was turned on they were immediately covered with the dust. Once they saw how silly the other looked they both broke out in laughter. They agreed that they must be the happiest janitors around. The positive upbeat attitude that began over five years ago still drives Clean + Safe.

* Van mounted cleaning units can get carpet clean and dry in up to half the time of portable units.
* The last reason to use Van mounted steam cleaning is for the extra heat they can generate. The water in van mounts can reach over 200 degrees which helps your carpets get cleaner and dry faster.

We come in after your subcontractors are finished with your project to get your building ready for the customer to move in! Everything from stripping/waxing to cleaning windows, we do it ALL! We pride ourselves on being flexbile, communicating well, and being accountable for our actions
Since our inception in 2004, stripping & waxing floors has been an important part of our business. Whether it be stripping/waxing, top scrub/recoat, or simply buffing your floors, Clean + Safe can do it all. We can all the equipment and personnel needed to take care of all your floor needs.
At the beginning of 2011, Clean + Safe wanted to better service our customers, so we added our pressure washing service. We have a HUGE pressure washing trailer along with a couple of smaller pressure washers to handle any and all pressure washing needs. If you want to spruce up your building, we are the people for you!!!
